Full Brokerage Service is provided to these areas - coverage extends to the entire Western Cape, Gauteng and Kwa-Zulu Natal, and the network also services the Eastern Cape, Free State, Northern Cape, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and North West provinces of South Africa.
We aim to meet our client’s requirements in the areas of acquiring or selling business opportunities.
We list businesses for sale that are domiciled off-shore, on a referral basis.
We deliver a professional service and qualify the opportunities that we market as well as prospective buyers.
We only list Businesses with a proven track record and Buyers are also required to meet our standards.
We negotiate mergers and acquisitions in terms of specific mandates.
We provide Consulting Services through a Group company - Fair-Bro International Consultants; established to assist ailing businesses and provide due diligence facilities and general business consulting.

Functions include - Sales & Marketing, Accounting, Administration, Auditing, Business Consulting, Financial Appraisals, Production, Human Resources, General and Executive Management and Business Systems.
This experience provides an insight and understanding of all types and sizes of businesses which means that we are experienced negotiators at all levels of business.
How Fair-Bro got started:
Towards the end of 2001, the Fair-Bro business concept was formulated.
Our first operation was opened in Milnerton in March 2002 and now operates as the Head Office in Claremont. The original Johannesburg Office opened in June 2002; Kwa-Zulu Natal and Eastern Cape followed in 2003 and 2004 respectively; with a second Gauteng Office being established on the East Rand early in 2005, followed by a third office opening in the North Rand area in August 2005.
The
success of the combined operation and the management thereof, has
provided the impetus for continuing the establishment of a National
Network operated by Associates, flying the Fair-Bro banner.
Fekrey Baderoon joined Fair-Bro in October2005 and services the entire KZN Province. Fekrey is a Business Consultant and in addition to Business Broking, provides Management Consulting services.
